I believe when you find the right place, you know. In 2015, after spending sixteen hours Upstate, I packed up my Brooklyn apartment and my aging border collie and headed North.
I spent over a decade in hospitality management, where I played an active role in the Sullivan County renaissance, working with boutique Upstate businesses to shine a spotlight on the stunning natural beauty and unique character of our region. In 2018 I traded managing guest experiences for managing life-changing investments, but the core mission remains the same: taking care of people by approaching every client and every property with a concierge perspective.
When it comes to listing your property, I’ll help you curate a compelling narrative that moves beyond dry data to highlight the intangibles. We’ll work together to present your home with an eye towards reaching the right audience, whether it’s a ski-obsessed weekender, nature-starved full-time transplant, or savvy rental investor. From strategic pricing to managing the technicalities to mitigating inevitable surprises, my goal is to make the entire transaction feel seamless and streamlined.
