Jonathan Greene has been walking homes since he was a child. A lifelong real estate investor, Jonathan brings his keen eye, experience in short-term rentals, flipping expertise, and streamlined approach to Country House Realty as an Associate Broker. Jonathan's real estate business covers New York and New Jersey, where he owns his own brokerage, and it dovetails between luxury real estate, traditional residential, and working with investors. His straightforward, honest approach makes him your partner in a real estate transaction and your sounding board. He believes that relationships are the core of all business.

Jonathan grew up going back and forth between Brooklyn Heights and Westchester. He has owned many properties in and around Westchester, as well as locally in Woodstock, and is in the process of developing land in Palenville. He is a native New Yorker who has spent many years as a short-term rental guest in Greene, Ulster, and Sullivan Counties. Jonathan is an attorney and a former gallerist, curator, and educator. His art world experience, coupled with his history of renovating homes, allows his clients to see inside, outside, and into the future of a home.

Jonathan is the host of Zen and the Art of Real Estate Investing, one of the fastest-growing independent real estate podcasts in the world. He hosts monthly real estate investor meetups in many parts of New Jersey. He is also the Broker of Record at Streamline, a data-driven, investor-friendly, independent real estate brokerage located on Main Street in Madison, New Jersey.
