What We’re Looking For
We want to partner with team members who bring both skill and alignment with our ethos.
Ideal candidates will have:
An active real estate license in New York and/or Connecticut
Proven sales or client service experience
Strong local knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Initiative and self-motivation within a collaborative framework
Integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
Comfort using technology, CRMs, social media, and marketing tools
Bonus qualities: prior experience in rural or second-home markets, content creation skills, or community involvement in the region.
